What do these two costumes have in common?
One was done to represent the garden parish' of St Ann and worn by Kamesha Turner, who won the 2009 Miss Jamaica Festival Queen contest earlier this year. The other was worn by Jamaica's representative at this year's Miss Universe contest, now taking place in The Bahamas.
The question is, will the strikingly similar costume worn by Carolyn Yapp bring her good luck too?
Oh, did we mention that the costumes were made by the same designer?
