October 24, 2007 -- Move over, Oprah - here comes The Donald.

Donald Trump will host a daytime advice show in which he'll help people settle their financial disputes.

"It's gonna be a show where I make decisions and decide who's right and who's wrong - mostly as it pertains to money and money problems," Trump told The Post yesterday.

Trump, who already hosts NBC's "The Apprentice" while producing "Pageant Place" for MTV, said he'll shoot his new show right in his own Midtown backyard.

"We're gonna build a highly sophisticated [TV] studio in Trump Tower on 57th and Fifth, right above the Gucci store," he said. "And when we're not using the studio, we may rent it out to other broadcasters."

Trump says the as-yet-untitled daily show, set to debut next fall, won't be a "judge show" a la "Judge Judy" or "People's Court."

And he won't be wearing judicial robes while imparting his weighty opinions. "I'll be wearing a nice tie," he said.

The show is being co-produced by Twentieth Television and Reveille Productions - which produces the ABC hit "Ugly Betty" as well as "The Biggest Loser" and "The Office" for NBC.

Trump, who said he didn't pitch the show but was approached because of his past high ratings, noted: "There's one thing I've learned: You can come up with a cure for cancer, but if it doesn't get ratings, they won't broadcast it."
