There are always the usual suspects surrounding the Hollywood party girls. There were nude flashes, DUI busts, drug accusations and drug admissions from the jet set gals that treat Hollywood as their own personal playground all year long.

Business as usual in Los Angeles.
But somewhere along the way, last year was no longer 'normal' for Hollywood and 2006 became the year of the bad girl. Even the beauty queens chimed in. Tara Conner (right) is still Miss USA but she was slammed with charges of drug abuse and a sex scandal that even included Miss Teen USA Katie Blair.

The year of the bad girl was then amplified heavily when a gal named Katie Rees, who had already been crowned as Miss Nevada USA had a 'Girls Gone Wild' moment or two splashed all over the Internet with wild nude photos of her posing with men and women after what appeared to be a night of partying.
The pictures proved too damaging for the pageant to bear, and she was unceremoniously dethroned. She asked for a second chance, and for a bit it appeared that pageant owner Donald Trump might just give her one, but now she has definitely been stripped, according to a statement released from the pageant.

Miss USA Tara Conner held her crown, but only after a last minute reprieve was granted by Trump. At a teary eyed press conference, the buxom blonde was told she could keep her crown, but she would have to repent and take in some rehab.
That's exactly where she is now. Will 2007 see a continued trend of wild gorgeous starlets involved in scandal? It's difficult to say - but few knew who these beauty queens were before this last month, and now they will be recognized and can cash in on the publicity if they so choose.
America is very forgiving to celebrities - especially for the beautiful people.
