VietNamNet Bridge – Supermodel Thanh Hang, who is said to have the longest legs in Vietnam, has refused to attend Miss Universe 2010, reasoning that she lacks enough time to prepare.

“I attended Miss Intercontinental 2005, so I know the difficulties that contestants experience. I always seek perfection, so preparations must be perfect,” Hang explained.
Thanh Hang is very busy with film and music projects. She is also studying martial arts to star in an action movie, which will hit cinemas next summer. She is also producing a DVD single.
Hang also asserted that she wanted to give this chance to new faces.
Miss Universe 2010 will take place in Las Vegas, USA in August. Vietnam has not selected its representative yet.
Pham Dinh Thang from the Performing Art Agency confirmed that the agency has not received any nomination for a pageant participant yet.
It is highly possible that Vietnam will be absent from the pageant this year.
