World beauties return to Vietnam for charity tour

Miss World 2008 Ksenia Sukhinova, her predecessor Zhang Zi Lin and a yet to be decided Miss Indonesia 2009 will participate in various charity activities in Vietnam beginning early June.

Sukhinova, Zhang and their companions will travel throughout Vietnam in the “Footprints of Charity” tour which will donate a total of VND9 billion (US$506,615) to help poverty alleviation programs in the country, organizers said at a press briefing in Ho Chi Minh City Tuesday. Members of the tour, organized by the US-based Rare Antibody Antigen Supply Inc. (RAAS) group, will also attend two concerts in Can Tho City on June 2 and in Nha Trang Town on June 7 to raise funds for the Vong tay nhan ai (Philanthropic circle) Fund and the Central Youth Union’s Vu A Dinh Scholarship respectively, RAAS Chairman Hoang Kieu said.
