SHE comes from the land of leisure and now she has the title to go with it.
Territorian Allina Leal has been crowned the inaugural Miss Leisure at a beauty pageant in China.Leal, 21, of Bakewell, Palmerston, beat a field of 75 to take home the crown in the Chinese city of Suzhou.
The beauty pageant was aimed at promoting tourism in China and was beamed to more than 800 million TV viewers around the world.
Territorians will be able to attest to Leal's outdoor leisure credentials.
The self-confessed revhead won the Miss Summernats competition last year.
She recently featured in the Sunday Territorian with her hotted up Holden VR V8 ute.
She was chosen by modelling agency Procon Leisure to represent Australia in the competition after impressing in local modelling competitions.
Her boyfriend, Chris Green, said Allina was over the moon after she took out the prize early yesterday.
"We got the phone call at 2am (yesterday) morning -- everyone's pretty excited about it,'' he said.
