Current "Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria" promises to win Miss World crown

The reigning Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN), Miss Adaeze Igwe has promised to do everything possible to bring back the Miss Universe crown to Nigeria as well as win the Miss World crown.

The beauty queen also promised to use her position to help young talents in the country. She said for now, her official pet project is to continue from where her predecessor stopped.

“I am going to start from there which is sickle cell foundation, the official project of Silver Bird, then as an individual, I want to add some things which is to help young talents in Nigeria, she said.

At the age of 18 years, she had emerged the most beautiful girl in Nigeria and is set to return the Miss Universe crown to Nigeria as well as the Miss World crown.

She disclosed that at the end of her tenure, she will consider going into music or acting. The reigning beauty queen described her predecessor Munachi Abi as her mentor in the industry.

The Akwa-Ekiti, Anambra State born, diploma law student of University of Abuja said: “I like Munachi Abi, I like the way she took her fame and everything. It all went smooth and there was no scandal and she is also pretty and a very nice girl, friendly and good mannered
